Our Team
Pioneer West was founded by David Stewart and Norman Holmes, experienced Mortgage Professionals. Dave, who now serves as President, previously held several senior positions in commercial and residential lending and management including Commercial Account Manager at Northland Bank and Toronto Dominion Bank. He holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology. Norm, Vice President of Pioneer West, has a diploma in Financial Planning and more than 15 years of management experience in financial institutions. We have three Mortgage Account Managers, Daren Broers, Melissa Reedel, and Brennen Stewart; along with Office Administrator Sherry Stewart, and Louis Lui in Accounting.
